I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this well-managed hotel. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and fittings that added a touch of elegance to my stay. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of access to local transport and the nearby S Bahn station, which made exploring Leipzig a breeze. Additionally, having a kitchenette and microwave in my room provided convenience and flexibility during my stay. Lastly, the quiet setting of the hotel allowed for a peaceful and restful experience.

In terms of improvements, I do have one suggestion for the hotel. As a senior traveler, I believe it would be beneficial to have wider entrances to the parking garage.

The rooms were clean.

We booked through Booked.net and were then informed by the hotel via email that they could not accommodate us and we would have to pay more to get what we wanted. They didn't put fresh towels in the room, but they said it was because ours were hanging up and that there was a sign indicating this. We searched and found no such sign. The breakfast is overpriced, so we didn't partake. We even had to pay €.50 for a city map. I asked about using the sauna, and one staff member said it was on after 11am and could be used, but if I wanted to use it before 11am, I should call an hour in advance. When I went down after 11am to use it, the other woman at the desk said that I had to call an hour before every time. Maybe I was just in a bad mood because of the price difference, but pretty much everything about this hotel put me off, and I will not return nor recommend it.

Check-in experience was awesome, rooms were super comfortable and spacious with medium-sized table for socializing. Staff was friendly and provided cutlery for our breakfast in the room. The bathroom was extremely clean with a mirror in front of the window, making the room feel bigger and brighter. Convenient location near tram stop for easy travel. The included travel pass was a great value. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. Having a mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus. a fantastic stay with great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant, fitness center, sauna. Plus, the option for in-room breakfast and a children's menu. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and no smoking onsite.

The staff was great! English speaking and very helpful. The hotel itself is great. Wonderful sleeping arrangements and great bathroom facilities. A little far from the center but there's a tram connection from morning until evening. Would recommend this hotel for families, single travelers and business men.

Design of the furniture was kind of kitsch and if you were not attentive while taking a shower yyou could flood the bathroom and the sleeping room

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge for keeping food items. The bathroom is also well-maintained and some rooms even have a mini-kitchen hidden in a wardrobe. The breakfast buffet offers fresh and well-presented food. the hotel offers a free ticket for public transportation during your stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum and was pleased to find that it provided complimentary use of a flip chart, pin board, screen, overhead projector, and data projector. The facilities were well-maintained and allowed for a smooth and productive presentation.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment.
